Snow Day

We got our second round of snow yesterday for the season!!! Noah is finally old enough to have fun playing in it, but sadly, David has a different opinion. He refuses to wear mittens and as soon as his hands hit the snow, he loses it :( We managed to spend a little bit of time outside while Daddy was at work, despite David's lack of desire to play.

Our New Playground!!

Drumroll.....We were lucky enough to score a playground set from the Men's Golf Coach on campus, whose girls are now 13 and 15 years old. He wanted to send it to a good home, so hopefully we will be good to it for many years! We are so thankful!!! Daniel, Steve (the golf coach), and our friend Will, spent the weekend taking it apart, pressure washing it, transporting it, and putting it back together....an hour before the snow came in! I wanted to capture some photos of the inaugural playtime, so humor me with the poor lighting, given that it was 5:30 PM when the boys had their first chance to play :)

David's 1st Birthday

David turned one on October 27, 2010! I know, you are asking yourself, "why is she just now posting about David's Birthday, if it happened almost 3 months ago?" Well, our camera memory card decided to generate a formatting error and I couldn't find anyone to recover the photos for me until recently. Thankfully, our photos were not lost and that memory card has been officially thrown out the window!
